I owe $1.500 in this loan that it was started by National City bank now PNC about 10 yrs ago I have never failed in making my payments.PNC is demanding a full payment of $1.500 I called them and the offered me a modification loan I didn't qualify because my income is too low and my credit score is low I beg them to let my continue to make my regular payments untill it is paid off.Well needles to say the refused and they file a ACT 91. I think it is an abusive practice by the Bank that actually they can sale my house for the money I owe.

The collection deparment for PNC sugested that don't pay my utilities bills, don't buy food etc.......I don't have $1.500 now and never refused or missed a payment for the entire length of the loan.

Is there any federal laws that regulates this type behavior by the banks any info will be appreciated. 12986e6

What kind of loan is it? Not understanding how they can demand payment of the full balance if it is an installment loan.
