I can't find an attorney that can/will help me. Not sure if it's

because it's "small beans" to them or if they just don't have the

expertise. I need to fight PNC Mortgage Company. I've saved a 2-hr.

phone call & MANY letters. I've been trying to get answers to where my

money went for OVER A YEAR! Unbeknownst to me, I was enrolled in the

HAMP program WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I've made my regular payments ON TIME

EVERY TIME. One PNC dept. told me I was 30 or more days late Sept.

Oct. Nov. & Dec. of 2009. THIS IS NOT SO, nor does it reflect on my

credit report or prior bank statements. I did get behind in my escrow

account because in Sept. 2009 I switched ins. co. to State Farm. I

received a refund check from my prior co. MetLife & I spent it. When I

realized PNC had already paid MetLife, I immediately paid $300 of it

back to my escrow. WHICH THEY ARE NOW TELLING ME THAT $300 WAS PAID TO

TO A 3RD PARTY...BUT THEY CAN'T TELL ME FOR WHAT OR WHO OR WHY....I

HAVE THIS RECORDED! I should have only been behind on my escrow $700

to no more than $1000. My house payment went up about $130 during that

time. Now with the most recent escrow statement, the payment has gone

down about $50. One guy at PNC told me he can see a payment I made

last year just sitting in the "OTHER" column not applied anywhere. WHY

IS THAT?! There have been amounts of money bounced around here & there

that I don't understand at all. I am tired of telling this story over

& over & not getting anywhere with them. When I last called to speak

to someone about the newer HARP program, I was told I didn't qualify

because I didn't have a Freddie Mac loan...but I have a Fannie Mae

loan...I know it qualifies for HARP. He also said it didn't matter

anyway because I wouldn't qualify because of the late payments that

are showing in their system from the time I was enrolled in HARP

without my consent. I WANT ALL OF MY QUESTIONS & STATEMENTS ADDRESSED

BY THEM AND MY PAYMENTS APPLIED PROPERLY. In 2009 I was on

unemployment nearly all year & needed help from them then. They

suggested the HAMP program, but I DECLINED IT & SIGNED NOTHING because

the "fine print" said this would reflect negatively on my credit

report. THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO ENROLL ME ANYWAY! My house payment is so

high now & I'd like to eventually refinance. I need an attorney

because I'm not getting anywhere with PNC other than the runaround and

transferred back & forth to different people who, in the end, cannot

help me. PNC employees are never on the same page. I can't believe

with all the PNC banks in our area, not ONE OF THEM can help me

FACE-TO-FACE. I need someone to go over my entire loan history with a

fine-toothed comb and tell me where my money went.....perhaps my house

payment could be at a more manageable level if they fixed THEIR

screw-ups. I will have a little bit of money for a retainer if

necessary in April". I know there are MANY others who have had issues

with the PNC switch from National City/. I didn't have any problems

until then?. As a single mom of two, that money meant a lot to me for

it to just "be paid to some unknown 3rd party"/. The pain of being sent

"late payment" letters & receiving "late payment" phone calls WHEN I

WAS NEVER LATE feels like it's worth SOMETHING as well|.

I've been a nervous wreck|. Every time I call them or even while I type

my story to you I spring an instant headache'.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE??? Or can you please point me in the right direction?

Thanks so much for your time!!!

Sincerely,

Becky Fee

PNC Mortgage has caused me years of undue agita since they took over from National City.

I live in a flood zone in CT which was hard hit by hurricane Irene last year. Thankfully the condos which I live in were not damaged, but now this year due to the effects of last year, PNC has decided that they are going to re-vamp their guidelines to cover their butts.

I have received a letter from them every year prior to and up to this point looking for more flood coverage on my condo. They want me to have $125,000 coverage on my condo and it is not even valued at that much. Last year it took a tearful call to them and saying that I was going to call the better business bureau before they stopped sending me letters and left me alone, until this year.

If there is ever a lawsuit, I want on it just due to all the mental anguish I have been caused by receiving these letters every year.

I refinanced my construction loan with National City Mortgage. A couple years later PNC obtained my mortgage. I am struggling with my mortgage do to economic factors. Divorce, lose of income and they will not modify my mortgage. I do not qualify for the HARP program. Why is the government allowing only FANNIE MAE AND FREDDIE MAC LOAN TO BE REFINANCED! Why not all loan that are current! If I could get a lower monthly payment I could keep my home! Is that not what the government is subposed to be doing. Why not help everyone!!! I work in the Mortgage industry and it is so wrong to denie refinance and only modify the loans they service. I do not want loan forgiveness I just want a better rate so I can put food on the table for my kids!

HOW AND WHERE DO I GET ON THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT????

If there is a class action law suit i would like to know about it. PNC Mortgagd wrongfully sold our home while we were working with their Executive Office to find out why they mailed a letter dated April 1,2011 of which is a lie. We have been sending endless requests and claims of non receipt of our MHA loan modificationf papers we were filing due to medical financial hardship since Dec 2010.

After last promise to fix their error by loss mitigation rep who thought shewas missing a tax return but found out after our discussion she was not, shr admitted she changed jobs and sent our file to Mr Mark XXX in Jacksonville Florida on April 8th promised on Monday he could easily fix as he would check file and see if there was anything missing and had a fax right next to him to confirm receipt and had a person that could easilu fix and get our loan modification processed. No CALLBACKS, no return email this nightmare was about to get worse aswe sent to their Executive Office only to be asked to be patient in writing as they investigated, we believed they were really cared and were going to help.

No, they set the clock ticking to foreclosure, when we realized it the said a tax return was missing and we had ato start all over, Unbelievable turn of events followed basically they foreclosed sold our home without us knowing as we had letters in hand from their Executive office stating and confirming our intent to refiled and confirming no foreclosure sale action would

continue during time. A deadline appeared in October that basically did not give the firm we we felt we needed to cover the loopholes time to do their job, but we met it on time in totalOctober, with much stress and called price to pay only to find out they foreclosed sold it in September. In addressing their Executive office they said we are sorry but were sorry but there is no action we will take to fix. It sold back to them, however they rather take a disabled families home away. We wrote and called everyone we could possibly think of eventswondering how they could take it sold so coldly like a $10.00 refund on a item you paid or are paying in total 179,000 for. After a complaint hit as we filed many notknowing what do do finally there was missingone they couldhad to reply to the office of the comptroller of treasury department. They couldhave ÑOW asked the office the court to reverse the sale. We need to refiled and are payingvery nervous about all of treasurythe charges they incurred needlessly since April 1,2011. I pray they have a soul tomake this right.

I bought my home in 2005 thru National City Mortgage. When it changed over to PNC, it was never the same. my husband and I were married 11 years with three children. We got in a bind as a lot of people do. I called PNC after receiving their letters and threats about payments. I tried the remodification, they said it would take up to 90 days for the modification to be approved. Before the 90 days i was served foreclosure papers by the sheriff. This was in November 2010. I tried and tried to talk to PNC. I never got a consistant answer each time. Never the less, my husband left me December 1st 2010, my house was sheriffed saled in Feb 2011. Now i am divorced bc of financial stress of foreclosure. This has ruined my life and my three children lost the roof over their head. I am living with my mother. My husband has my kids bc of their school district. This was the worst year of my life. So now its Feb 2012 and I am just hearing about this lawsuit. Who do i contact where do i start. I am an emotional disaster and feel like pnc has ruined my marriage, my life, i lost everything i worked hard for and i need advice. My heart and prayers go out to all of you that have experienced a foreclosure thru PNC. It is traumatizing.

PNC Mortgage, LLC is a joint venture 50% owned by Wells Fargo Bank, NA and 50% owned by PNC Bank, NA.

CLC is the servicing division of PNC Bank.

PNC Mortgage (and Bank) originate loans for Etrade Bank and other institutions, and then PNC sells the loans to the institutions, who then retain CLC for servicing. The other institutions use their own name as lender, and the only way you can be sure that PNC was the true lender is to ask for a copy of the electronic application (not the written one) from CLC.

PNC Bank is a subsidiary of FIA, who is a subsidiary of Bank of America. Guys, all this fraud was carefully planned. What may happen is Wells Fargo will end up owning BOA - it has been doing this for years (bad loans = failed banks = bought later by banks that sponsored them in the first place). Wells Fargo seems to be committing the perfect crime: it can invent an llc as a jv under a sister company of a (supposedly) rival bank, and when the llc fails, the sister takes over, when the sister fails, the rival takes over and this (puposely) makes it look like the rival made bad loans, but an (supposedly) unrelated bank like Wells Fargo jumps to the rescue by buying out the bank while liability is dissolved by government payouts.

What you didn't know is that Wells Fargo orchestrated the whole scheme.

I feel like I just got hit with a semi-truck. and I was just about to say we should attempt to get the U.S. Attorney General involved.

Anyone who was part of the class action suit against National City / PNC for overdraft fees.Go to www.nationalcityclass.com for updates. Apparently an individual ( PNC? ) has appealed the courts ruling and they say it could be another year before they decide on the appeal now..... good luck any of us getting any money from this.
