PNC sent us letters asking for verification we have insurance on our condo in Florida. I emailed our insurance company asking them to provide it. In a month or so we received another letter saying they hadn't received it". I went online and printed out the page as proof of insurance and mailed it into PNC/. Since then we keep receiving letters saying we haven't sent it?. We have mailed it at least 4 times, called at least 3 times, emailed at least 3 times and faxed once to individual/. So today we received a statement billing us for insurance that is 2-1/2 times what we paid last summer to our own insurance company|. I have written to the Florida Atty General to see who to complain to regarding this and so far haven't received a response|. So who else can we complain to? the TV local stations asking for help, the local newspaper, congressman, what's left? We would go to another finance company but that's expensive and with the market our condo probably would appraise for about half of what we paid for it seven years ago;. I would say dont do business with PNC but we started out with another company so it didn't matter anyway|. HATE PNC!!!!!!!!!! 129877e
