I have been dealing with these people for two months now trying to refinance my loan".they bought out my loan company(National City)I have been ping ponged back and forth between PNC reps and the title company they are dealing with for weeks now/. They can't decide who is supposed to do what?.They act like it's my fault I have to work for a living and can't be available whenever they want to call me/. I have stated the available times I can be reached/.They still continue to call during my working hours'.I refer to them as HARD OF LISTENING am ready to pull my hair out;.I have spent a few hours in tears!!!!I wish I had just went to my local bank instead".(follow your first intuition folks...)

My mortgage loan company (national City) also was bought out by Pnc . I thought the same thing go thru the mortgae company I have a mortgage with,For 5 months last year 2010 I tried to re-finace with PNC first I had to much money then not enough 1 appraisal which was very good then they wanted another one 3 months laterwhich they said my appraisal had lost $70,000 in three months so I was denied again .then I went thro their home loan modification program starting in 9/2010 still no help tomuch money not enough money made me do a quit claim deed because my son is a co-signer on the house $250.00 for that and now they cannot help me again they suck I too, wish that I had went somewhere else which I intend to do!!!!!!! with appraisal and quit claim deed $600.00 later all I get is deniels they paperwork you to death,Please send letters to Congress ,Lisa Madigans office the Presidents office (i wrote to all 3).The goverment has got to know the banks are not helping the people and YES THE BANKS ARE GETTING MONEY FOR THIS .THE PEOPLE ARE NOT.PNC SUCKS, SUCKS

The Executive Team is just as bad. With there generated automated response. They have no idea what the guidelines are for the loan products and requirements are needed. All about numbers. National City has been missed. PNC DOES NOT care for customers.
