PNC will not cooperate to sell my home. They give my agent nothing but a runaround. This was originally given by National City. Lots of agents are saying the same thing. Even being offered more than average to pay them; they have no interest in taking their loan off the title. My home is in foreclosure. They will get nothing if it goes to auction". They already charged it off/. The question most agents are asking if the government is paying them higher or paybacks since they took over for National City Mortgages disaster?. Whose paying who to cop out on selling homes short? My home has dropped over $200,000 in value/. Prices are still looking worse than the offer I have right now/. I need to sell my home so I can start over to buy a lower priced home in a few years,. PNC acts like they DO NOT release any 2nds;. for any $$,. I need a class action to investigate this company. 1298908

They keep threatening my agent that if we don't pay up for another month then they will not cooperate with the short sale. I don't understand this, since if we go through the foreclosure process they will not get anything! They are acting like jerks! |
