| 1. Written by JJones on February 23, 2012 from edwards, colorado, US Sue...i'm right there with you. We had our house sold via short sale. Buyers had approved loan, all appraisals, closing date etc. PNC had given a date of 2-13-12 by CoB to have an approval letter from the 2nd lender. The 2nd lender faxed their approval on 2-13-12 @ 1:10pm. PNC foreclosed on the home @ 1:00pm. I've got all my documents and emails from PNC (to and from) as do my agent, the agent of the buyers, and the 2nd lender. obviously there's a lot more to my story but we've done everything we've been asked to do. It's my belief that PNC wanted the home to go to foreclosure from the start and that I just didn't make it easy for them to do so and they had to 'get creative'. And by 'creative' I mean lie. It's the only way i can explain it based on the documentation I have from them. While I wouldn't wish this on anyone I hope that if there are others out there that have gone through something similar with PNC that they will come forward. |
