Calling the general number and getting disconnect when the system tries to connect me to my rep or dialing the person directly using their extension and unable to get a person after 10 attempts over a 6 hour span. Not able to even leave a voice mail. For a transaction which is "time sensitive" they really don't provide a way to facilitate a resolution within their defined paramaters. As if it's not stressful enough dealing with a refinance or foreclosure, imagine not being able to get in touch just to confirm all your paperwork has been received so you're not denied on a technicality. 1298b6a
